Designed with one of our employer partners, this course will be delivered by ourselves at RE:GEN Academy to provide you with hands-on experience and on the job training so you can put your skills straight to the test. With an end result of gaining all relevant knowledge and training to be with the chance of progressing into a specialist role as a Site Manager.

This is a unique model that has been designed with our employers, to educate and attract young vibrant talent into the sector and help you climb the career ladder. You will gain knowledge and qualifications specifically in Retrofit and Construction Green Skills which play a huge part in the role.

The role of an apprentice joiner involves the following duties::

• Ensure on-site safety through effective worker engagement, risk assessment and risk management and the promotion of a positive health and safety culture.
• Monitor the quality of work at all stages of the project.
• Build strong relationships with the supply chain, our clients and their customers.
• Ensure compliance to appropriate statutory requirements and building regulations.
• Ensure all aspects of the role are conducted in accordance with RE:GEN policy and procedures
