Amy’s professional journey began with a Geography Degree, leading her to nine years with the Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and the National Apprenticeship Service. Amy’s career then progressed down the route of leading Social Value commitments across several significant contracts in the world of construction. Martin has been involved with the construction sector of further education since 1998, owned 5 construction training centres up until 2012 and then had a variety of roles from Head of construction, Assistant Principal and worked as an interim manager supporting troubled colleges up and down the UK. Starting in recruitment for the construction industry and progressing into the world of government funding training, gaining her teaching and assessing qualifications, Cheryl is now our Operations Director and oversees the day to day running of the business. Cheryl works closely with the Group to align our purpose, from working with community partners, employers and learners to ensure they are provided with the best service we can offer throughout their journey with us!
Nadia Scott, Director
Nadia’s role is to oversee all aspects of the business with a particular focus on galvanising a team of future leaders and instilling a culture that cultivates learning and recognises growth opportunities both internally and out. Throughout her 17 years of working in the sector, she noticed a real lack of high-quality training for employees and an absence of bespoke training programmes for employers.
