During the difficult time of the global pandemic (Covid-19) the course had a great effect on the staff members, even though learning was done at a social distance, it gave the staff a chance for team building exercises and offered them a chance to do something together. As well as that, they were able to learn a great deal about Mental Health and now look out for their colleagues and put their training into practice as and when needed. We found the structure, delivery and all-round service from RE:geon exceptional! One of the biggest barriers we come up against in our business is recruitment, with this in mind when we have staff in positions we do not want to ever lose them.
