Dillon is keen on archery and currently represents Great Britain at the sport. He is keen and pretty intelligent. He is interested in the building surveyor role. However, when he had the presentation from the QS team he did say that he likes numbers and would consider a role as a QS also. Therefore, he is open-minded about either of those roles.

I would just like to say, that the whole site team found him to be a pleasant outgoing young man, who engaged in all aspects of this busy site, asking relevant questions and gaining what knowledge he could in this short space of time available to him.
Along with his day with Andrew Mayo (Building Survey), we tasked him with elements of inspections and very quickly understood the requirements needed in order to pass onto trades, in order to subsequently gain handovers, which we were all impressed with.
As a team we all commented on how well he did and what a pleasure it was to have him as part of the wider team (even for a short time).
